目的探讨慢性乙肝患者HBVDNA含量与免疫标志物及肝功能损害的关系。方法对442例住院和门诊慢性乙肝患者分别检测HBV-M、HBVDNA含量及转氨酶(ALT、AST),对检测结果进行统计学分折。结果血清HBVDNA含量与HBV-M模式有关,HBeAg阳性者HBVDNA含量均>103拷贝/ml,其中含量在105～107拷贝/ml者为53.45%,>108拷贝/ml者为43.10%,与HBeAg阴性组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ALT、AST异常率随HBVDNA含量增高而增高。结论HBeAg与HBVDNA含量明显相关;慢性乙肝患者肝功能状态与血清HBVDNA含量有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between HBV DNA levels and immune markers and liver dysfunction in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods 442 cases of chronic hepatitis B inpatients and outpatients were detected HBV-M, HBVDNA content and transaminase (ALT, AST), the test results were statistically analyzed. Results The serum HBVDNA level was related to the mode of HBV-M. HBVDNA content in HBeAg positive patients was> 103 copies / ml, with 53.45% in 105-107 copies / ml and 43.10% in> 108 copies / ml, Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). ALT, AST abnormal rate increased with the increase of HBVDNA. Conclusions HBeAg and HBVDNA levels are obviously correlated. The state of liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis B is related to the serum HBVDNA content.
