采用FLUENT商业CDF软件,以CSP连铸机中间包内钢液的流动行为为研究对象,模拟计算了控流装置的布置方式对中包内钢液流动行为和夹杂物运动轨迹的影响。结果表明,在没有安装挡坝只有挡墙的情况下,中包内存在较大短路流,现有的布置方式效果不理想,经过优化的控流装置布置方式能够得到较合理的流场分布,利于夹杂物的上浮排除。经过实际生产过程的跟踪,优化后薄规格产品的夹杂缺陷有所降低。
Using FLUENT commercial CDF software, the flow behavior of molten steel in the CSP caster tundish was studied. The influence of the arrangement of flow control device on the flow behavior of the molten steel in the tundish and the motion trajectory of inclusions was simulated. The results show that there is a large short-circuit current in the middle package without the retaining wall and the existing arrangement is not effective, and the optimized flow control device arrangement can obtain a more reasonable flow field distribution, It is conducive to the inclusion of the floating exclusion. After the actual production process tracking, optimization of thin specifications of inclusions defects have been reduced.
