提出一种大功率低成本新型混合型有源滤波器(APF),其有源部分的逆变器采用三相4开关结构。分析了三相4开关逆变器的结构原理;采用输出建模法来建立新型混合型APF的电气模型,研究了新型混合型APF的滤波原理,从理论上证明了该滤波装置具有良好的滤波性能;采用基于三相瞬时无功功率理论的ip-iq法获取指令电流,利用改进的三角波比较法得到脉宽调制(PWM)控制信号。将基于三相4开关逆变器的新型混合型APF与基于传统三相6开关逆变器的新型混合型APF进行仿真实验比较,结果表明,所提出的滤波装置具有良好的谐波抑制和无功补偿性能,并且与传统的三相6开关逆变器滤波装置具有相同的谐波抑制和无功补偿结果。基于三相4开关逆变器的新型混合型APF不仅成本低、功耗低,而且适用于中高压大功率系统,可同时实现谐波抑制和无功补偿。
A high-power low-cost hybrid active filter (APF) is proposed. The active part of the inverter uses a three-phase 4-switch structure. The structural principle of the three-phase 4-switch inverter is analyzed. The output model is used to establish the electrical model of new hybrid APF. The filter principle of the new hybrid APF is studied. It is theoretically proved that the filter has good filtering The command current is obtained by ip-iq method based on the theory of three-phase instantaneous reactive power, and the pulse width modulation (PWM) control signal is obtained by the improved triangular wave comparison method. Compared the new hybrid APF based on three-phase four-switch inverter with the new hybrid APF based on the traditional three-phase six-switch inverter, the simulation results show that the proposed filter has good harmonic suppression and no Power compensation performance, and with the traditional three-phase 6-switch inverter filtering device with the same harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation results. The new hybrid APF based on the three-phase 4-switch inverter not only has the advantages of low cost and low power consumption, but also is suitable for medium and high voltage high power systems, achieving harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation at the same time.
