改革开放之后工业的迅猛发展,使我国建筑行业的施工技术也创新不断,建筑钢结构技术的出现使我国建筑行业的发展得到了长足的进步。我国新近兴起的许多大型建筑中都采用钢结构进行施工。钢结构以其机械化、组织好、弹塑性和韧性优异、承载力和抗震结构佳广受施工单位欢迎。但是,建筑钢结构技术中的缺点也是不容我们忽视的,对于钢结构的材料本身就存在着缺陷,钢材的耐腐蚀性很低,一旦受损质量便得不到保证。而且钢材的耐火性能和耐腐蚀性能都有待提高。从以往大量的建筑事故中我们不难看出,钢结构的引以为傲的高强度却正引起了钢结构由于截面过小而导致的建筑稳定性差的问题。我们在施工建设中仍然要不断创新、不断寻找新措施改善钢结构建设技术。本文就亲身实践经验论述一下钢结构建设的设计以及施工步骤。
After the reform and opening up, the rapid development of industry made the construction technology in our country’s construction industry also innovate continuously. The appearance of building steel structure technology has made great progress in the development of China’s construction industry. Many large-scale buildings recently emerging in our country have been constructed with steel structures. Steel structure with its mechanization, good organization, excellent elasticity and toughness, bearing capacity and seismic structure is widely welcomed by the construction unit. However, the shortcomings of building steel structure technology can not be ignored, for the steel structure itself, there are flaws, the corrosion resistance of steel is very low, once the quality of the damage can not be guaranteed. And steel fire resistance and corrosion resistance needs to be improved. From a large number of construction accidents in the past, we can see that the high strength of steel structure is causing the steel structure is due to the cross section is too small, resulting in poor stability of the building. We still need to constantly innovate in the construction and constantly look for new measures to improve the technology of steel structure construction. This article discusses the design and construction steps of steel structure construction with hands-on experience.
