根据消费市场对优质安全肉品日益增长的发展需求,进行了固始鸡无抗养殖技术研究,设计配套出无抗养殖综合技术,涉及场选址与布局、鸡品种选择、饲料配方、免疫程序、饲养管理制度等方面.固始鸡雏鸡从1日龄进入养殖场,严格执行免疫程序,饲喂自行配制的符合不同阶段生长需要的饲料,通过循序渐进的方式从室内至室外,适应放养的环境.养殖场内鸡全部出栏后,对养殖场实施休耕180 d,给予环境充分的生态恢复期,以保证养殖场环境的生态平衡.整个饲养过程实现了无抗生素养殖,并未发生重大疫情.该技术模式养殖的肉鸡肉质鲜美,氨基酸及风味物等与有抗养殖比较更佳,不存在由于抗生素残留可能导致的对消费者健康的不利影响,更符合区域消费市场需求.
