前言最近,F.H.Chung把参考强度因子K引入多相混合物的X光定量分析,并导出有关的计算公式,使相定量工作大大简化,而精度不亚于经典的内标法。它有一系列优点因而受到普遍重视。近期ASTM卡片索引也给出一部分物质的K值。 K值可由计算求出,也可采用1∶1(重量比)二元混合物实测求出。在实际工作中,由于后者较方便,所以被广泛地采用。为了提高相定量分析的精度,使用相的最强线是非常有益的。
INTRODUCTION Recently, F.H.Chung introduced the reference intensity factor K into the quantitative analysis of X-ray of a multi-phase mixture and derived the relevant calculation formula, which greatly simplified the phase quantification work with accuracy no less than the classical internal standard method. It has a series of advantages and therefore has been generally valued. The recent ASTM card index also gives some K values. K value can be obtained by calculation, but also can be used 1: 1 (weight ratio) binary mixture measured. In the actual work, because the latter is more convenient, it is widely used. In order to improve the accuracy of phase quantitative analysis, the use of the strongest line of phase is very beneficial.
