定向控制爆破技术是在普通爆破技术基础上开创出来的一种特殊的爆破技术。通过炸药产生的爆炸能量把爆破对象(土壤和岩石)按照设计控制的方向运送到一定的范围之内。这种技术应用于陆地上的土石方开挖工程,国内有很多的成功实例。至于在水下土石方开挖工程中采用,则因施工条件比陆上更为复杂,需要考虑的因素较多,至今,采用这种施工技术的工程尚还少见,仍属较新的课题。下面从某厂采用定向控制爆破技术开挖水下进水管槽的实际例子,介绍水下定向控制爆破技术设计与施工中的主要做法。
Directional control blasting technology is a special blasting technology created on the basis of ordinary blasting technology. Blasting objects (soils and rocks) are transported to a certain range in the direction of design control by the explosive energy generated by the explosives. This technique is applied to earthwork excavation on land. There are many successful examples in China. As for excavation in underwater earthwork, the construction conditions are more complicated than that on land and there are many factors to be considered.
