基于目前密集炕房集中建设的实际,设计了基于CAN总线技术的烟叶烤香温湿度控制节点,利用总线技术,实现节点和上位机之间的数据传送,控制中心对各节点的实时监控.针对烟叶烘烤过程中的五个烘烤时期对温度和湿度的不同要求,CAN节点利用模糊PID调节技术,通过调节轴流循环风机的转速,缩小烤房内上下部温差,实现烤房内温度基本均匀;通过调节供氧鼓风机的转速控制燃煤供氧量,从而实现现行升温、稳温控制;通过调节步进电机的正反转步距值,控制补风门的开启角度,控制进风量,从而实现烤房内湿度保持平稳,提高烟叶色、香、质等级,提高烟叶品质.“,”Based on the reality of compressed roast house built together at present, the node of tobacco leaf roasting savory temperature & humidity control based on CAN bus was designed. Using bus technology, it can convey data between node and top machine, control center can monitor every node in time. In connection with different require of temperature and humidity of five roast period during tobacco leaf roasting, CAN node use Fuzzy_PID technology, decrease difference in temperature between roast house top and bottom, achieve fundamental leveling of temperature through adjusting rotate speed of axle flow draught fan, the node can achieve heating up and steadying temperature through controlling oxygen quantity of coal burning by adjusting rotate speed of oxygen fan, the node can keep humidity smooth in roast house by controlling quantity of air entering roast house.
