随着茂石化公司近年来加工高硫高酸原油和加工量不断扩大,炼油设备管道的腐蚀不断加重,湿硫化氢腐蚀问题尤其突出,丙烷储罐因湿硫化氢腐蚀损伤的案例时有发生。在2000年~2011年对4台φ2400×14850×24,Vg=65.5m~3,16MnR的丙烷储罐定期检验中,均不同程度发现湿硫化氢腐蚀损伤,其中4/1,4/2,4/4位号储罐多处大面积氢鼓包,夹层,表面开裂,并在开裂处金相呈硫化物夹杂,
