若干年来,世界范围内推行的3种显微注射的体外受精技术,称之为:(1)透明带开孔技术(Partial zona dissetion,PZD),(2)卵透明带下注射技术(Subzonal insemination,SUZI),(3)卵质内注射技术(Intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)。使用这3种技术的共同目的,旨在弥补试管婴儿常规体外受精方法失败的人或体外受精成功率低的人,而采用的显微操作技术,在国际临床应用上已见成效,目前SUZI和ICSI的成功率比PZD为高。至于机理研究,目前大多数侧重在生理效果的分析和成功率上,或者对精子顶体反应的重要性的探讨,但对其精卵识别机制研究目前尚未见报道。鉴于这种情况,我们试图采用SUZI揭示精卵在透明带下(卵周隙中)的相互关系。
Over the years, three in vitro fertilization techniques that have been implemented worldwide have been described as: (1) Partial zona dissetion (PZD), (2) Subzonal insemination , SUZI), (3) Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). The common purpose of using these three technologies is to make up for the failure of IVF IVF in adults or those who have a low success rate of in vitro fertilization. However, the microsurgical techniques adopted have achieved success in international clinical application. At present SUZI and The success rate of ICSI is higher than PZD. As for the mechanism of research, the current focus on the analysis and success rate of physiological effects, or sperm acrosome reaction of importance, but its sperm-egg recognition mechanism has not been reported. In view of this situation, we tried to use SUZI to reveal the correlation between the sperm eggs under the zona pellucida (in the perivitelline space).
