提高经济效益是铁路施工企业经营最终的追求目标,也是提升企业竞争力,促进企业可持续发展的根本保证。文章首先分析了新时期我国铁路工程项目管理中成本管理存在的不足,然后探讨了完善对策。
Improving the economic benefit is the ultimate goal of railway construction enterprise management. It is also the fundamental guarantee to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. The article first analyzes the shortcomings of cost management in China’s railway project management in the new era, and then discusses the countermeasures.
