依据参加2002～2011年度全国排球联赛1594名优秀男排队员的非技术因素指标测试数据,进行数据统计和动态变化研究.结果显示,在男排队员的年龄略有增长的情况下,其身高体重呈波浪型动态变化,目前未出现提高趋势;网上高度呈波浪型略呈下降趋势的动态变化;弹跳力等身体素质表现不稳定,且略有下降.这些现象的出现将影响我国男排运动的良性发展和稳定提高,增大国家男排冲击世界强队的难度,男排队员的非技术因素指标的提高迫在眉睫.
