在以前,我厂所生产的鑽头、鉸刀、立銑刀等有柄刀具,整体都用高速鋼来制造。它的柄部热处理方法,是在870℃鹽浴中透燒后,取出放在空气中冷却。最近以来,这种有柄刀具已經改用45号鋼作柄部,用焊接方法和高速鋼刃部相接。这样就节省了大量的高速鋼,减低了刀具的成本,同时还提高了刀具的質量。 (一)旧的热处理方法和它的改进
In the past, I produced bits, reamers, end mills and other shank tools, the overall use of high-speed steel to manufacture. Its handle heat treatment method is in the 870 ℃ salt bath after burning thoroughly, remove it and let it cool in the air. Recently, this shank tool has been replaced with 45 steel handle, with welding method and high-speed steel blade phase.
