我厂3PS产品上的刀片零件,见图1,原计划用淬火状态0.2毫米钢板进行冲制,但此材料均由西德进口,国内现无货源,因此只得用0.2毫米65Mn正火状态盘带材料,冲成形后进行淬火,工艺要求热处理:淬火HRC44~48(HV435~485)、不平度≤0.10。由于刀片厚度较薄、面积较宽,在热处理过程中,奥氏体容易发生分解而不易淬硬;即使淬硬了,但变形很大且很复杂(有波浪形,S形等);变形后需校正,又薄又硬的刀片,稍用力,就产生断裂,况且在刀片平面上要校平不平度为≤0.1
