在ZSM-5沸石催化剂上甲苯与乙醇烷基化能直接生成甲乙苯和水。HZM-5通常只能得到三种异构体近似平衡组成的混合物。经水蒸汽处理的HZSM-5能够提高对位的选择性。由试验发现,甲苯乙基化其对位选择性随HZSM-5沸石的硅铝比增加而增加。经240小时稳定性试验表明,经磷酸改性的HZSM-5沸石催化剂的活性可达约11.5%,对位选择性可达97%以上。
Alkylation of toluene with ethanol on the ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst produces methyl ethylbenzene and water directly. HZM-5 usually gives only an approximately balanced mixture of three isomers. Steam-treated HZSM-5 improves para-selectivity. It was found from the experiment that the p-position selectivity of toluene ethylation increased with the increase of Si / Al ratio of HZSM-5 zeolite. After 240 hours of stability test showed that the activity of phosphate-modified HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst up to about 11.5%, para-selectivity up to 97% or more.
