目的评估福建省麻疹、风疹血清实验室监测能力。方法对福建省2011—2015年麻疹、风疹实验室网络质量管理情况进行描述性分析,采取内部质量控制、盲样考核、复核证实、现场考核方法,对数据进行统计分析。结果2011—2015年,福建省麻疹、风疹实验室网络室内质控良好,质控血清未出现失控值。历年市级常规监测样本抽样复核,总符合率分别为96.6%、98.1%、99.6%、99.5%和99.2%;历年市级麻疹、风疹盲样考核,正确率100.0%;按WHO认证评估标准,2012年福建省麻疹、风疹实验室网络现场考核成绩优异。结论福建省麻疹、风疹血清实验室网络质量管理体系运转良好,实验室的检测结果准确、精确。应提高地市级实验室监测水平,以保证麻疹、风疹血清学检验质量。
Objective To evaluate the measles and rubella serum laboratory monitoring ability in Fujian Province. Methods A descriptive analysis of the network quality management of measles and rubella laboratory in Fujian Province during 2011-2015 was conducted. Internal quality control, blind sample assessment, verification verification and on-site assessment were used to analyze the data statistically. Results 2011-2015, Fujian Province, measles, rubella laboratory network indoor quality control, quality control serum did not appear out of control value. Over the years municipal routine monitoring sample sampling review, the total coincidence rate was 96.6%, 98.1%, 99.6%, 99.5% and 99.2%; municipal measles and rubella blind sample examination over the years, the correct rate of 100.0%; according to WHO certification evaluation criteria, 2012 Fujian Province measles, rubella laboratory network site examination results outstanding. Conclusion The measles and rubella serum laboratory network quality management system in Fujian Province is working well and the laboratory test results are accurate and accurate. Municipal and municipal laboratories should be raised to monitor the quality of measles and rubella serological tests.
