目的:探讨医护联合查房对提高患者满意度的作用。方法:浙江省慈溪市中医医院普外科于2016年1月起实施医护联合查房,分别于实施前和实施后4个月根据二级甲等医院及护理规范操作要求,制定护理质量综合指标考核表,对护理质量进行评价,在患者出院前对护理满意度进行评价。结果:实施医护联合查房后,护理人员医嘱执行及时性、病情掌握情况、病历书写质量及健康宣教得分均较实施前明显提高,患者对护理人员应急处理能力、病例分析能力、护患沟通能力及健康宣教能力满意度得分均较实施前明显提高,实施前后比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:实施医护联合查房,有利于提高护理质量及患者对护理的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of joint hospital ward on patient satisfaction.
