适合于一次淡化海水的膜(脱盐率99.5%)是用取代度在2.5与2.7之间的几种纤维素酯制备的。二醋酸纤维素和三醋酸纤维素混合制备的膜特别适用于海水淡化,其透水速度为0.4米~3/米~2·天。用一种改进的方法制备的类似的膜适合用于苦咸水淡化,透水速度达到2米~3/米~·天。在操作压为56kg/cm~2时,透水速度接近4米~2/米~2·天的膜是用醋酸甲基丙烯酸纤维素制备的。
Membranes suitable for one desalination (desalination rate 99.5%) were prepared with several cellulose esters with substitution degrees between 2.5 and 2.7. The membranes prepared from cellulose diacetate and cellulose triacetate are particularly suitable for seawater desalination with a water permeable rate of 0.4 to 3 / m 2 day. A similar membrane prepared by an improved method is suitable for brackish water desalination with a water permeation rate of 2 to 3 / m ~ · day. At an operating pressure of 56 kg / cm ~ 2, a membrane with a water permeation rate of nearly 4 to 2 / m2 to 2 days was prepared with cellulose acetate acetate.
