检察机关经常对犯罪嫌疑人、证人采取讯问和询问工作,多年前很多检察机关会选择办公室或宾馆进行,实践证明,为了不影响办案质量和效率,必须要有一个独立的办案工作区,只有这样才能给检察机关查办职务案件的保密性、安全性等带来一定保障。因此,加强检察机关办案工作区的规范化建设,科学使用办案工作区,充分发挥办案工作区的综合效能,对做好文明办案、民主办案、安全办案至关重要。
