所谓厨技教学,就是在教学实践中充分采取厨师取料、调味、蒸煮、品味、延伸的烹调程序,根据儿童的需要来设计课堂的教学,运用多种教育形式和教育方法,尽可能为学生创设活动情境,调动学生的积极性,激发学生的快乐因子,鼓励学生积极参与生活与实践,促使学生的学习在动态中生成。使学生不仅在课内学得主动,而且在离开教师、离开教材、离开课堂的情况下,也能主动探究学习,从而培养学生终身学习的愿望和能力。
