目的 对缺铁性贫血 (IDA)母鼠及仔鼠生长发育进行研究 ,观察IDA对母代和仔代大鼠血清及组织中微量元素含量的变化。方法 将 4周龄Wistar雌性大鼠喂低铁饲料建立IDA模型。母鼠 14周龄后合笼交配 ,对断乳母鼠、出生 2天和 4 0天仔鼠血清、肝、脑、脾组织进行微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Se含量测定。结果 (1)血清微量元素的含量 :IDA母鼠血清Fe、Cu、Mn含量低于对照组 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。IDA仔鼠血清Fe、Cu低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。(2 )肝、脑、脾组织中微量元素含量 :①IDA母鼠肝、脑、脾组织中Fe含量均低于对照组 ;而Zn、Cu、Mn、Se含量无显著性差异。②IDA仔鼠肝、脑、脾组织Fe含量与对照组相比有显著性差异。出生 2天仔鼠肝组织中Cu、Mn含量低于对照组 ;而出生 4 0天仔鼠脑组织Cu、Mn含量高于对照组。结论 缺铁性贫血不仅可造成母代与仔代大鼠体内铁的缺乏 ,还可引起机体内其他微量元素代谢的改变。
OBJECTIVE To study the growth and development of IDA female rats and their offspring, and to observe the changes of trace elements in serum and tissues of IDA rats and IDA rats. Methods IDA models were established in 4-week-old Wistar female rats fed with low-iron diet. The females were mated at 14 weeks of age. The contents of trace elements Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn and Se in serum, liver, brain and spleen of offspring, born 2 days and 40 days offspring were determined. Results (1) Serum trace elements contents: Fe, Cu and Mn in IDA female rats were lower than those in control group (P <0.01, P <0.05). IDA offspring serum Fe, Cu lower than the control group (P <0 01). (2) The contents of trace elements in liver, brain and spleen tissues: (1) The content of Fe in the liver, brain and spleen of IDA female rats was lower than that in the control group, while the contents of Zn, Cu, Mn and Se were not significantly different. (2) Fe content of liver, brain and spleen of IDA pups was significantly different from that of the control group. The contents of Cu and Mn in the liver tissue of the offspring were lower than those of the control group on the 2nd day after birth, while the contents of Cu and Mn in the offspring of the born 40 days were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Iron deficiency anemia can not only lead to the deficiency of iron in the mother and offspring rats, but also cause the changes of other trace elements in the body.
