天津市涉县铁厂住宅楼建筑面积约4000m~2,高7层,采用建设部重点推广的整体预应力板柱建筑新技术,成为天津市第一幢板柱结构工程。它采用整板形式,柱网为5.4m×3.3m或5.4m×3.0m,柱子截面0.34m×0.34m。楼房东西长50m,由16根柱子分为15跨;南北宽11m,由3根柱子分为2跨。采用钢质锥形锚和镦头锚具。该工程由天津建设开发设计所和中国建筑一局科研所共同设计,由中国建筑一局科研所张拉。
The construction area of the residential building of the Tianjin Iron and Steel Plant in Shexian County is about 4000m~2, 7-storey high. The new prefabricated plate and column construction technology promoted by the Ministry of Construction has become the first pillar structure project in Tianjin. It adopts the form of a whole plate, the column net is 5.4m×3.3m or 5.4m×3.0m, and the section of the column is 0.34m×0.34m. The building is 50m long and is divided into 15 spans by 16 pillars; it is 11m wide from north to south and divided into 2 spans by 3 pillars. Steel cone anchors and hammer anchors are used. The project was jointly designed by the Tianjin Institute of Construction, Development and Design and the Institute of Science and Technology of the China Building 1 Bureau.
