目的:建立测定心可宁胶囊中丹酚酸B的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:kromasil~(TM)C_(18)(150nm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-甲醇-甲酸-水(10:30:1:59),流速:1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长:286nm,柱温:30℃。结果:丹酚酸B在0.54~4.02μg线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.12%(n=5)。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为心可宁胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Xinkeing capsules. Methods: Column: kromasil TM (CTM) 18 (150 nm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-methanol-formic acid-water (10:30:1:59), flow rate: 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1), detection wavelength: 286 nm, column temperature: 30°C. RESULTS: The linear relationship of salvianolic acid B was good in the range of 0.54 to 4.02 μg. The average recovery was 99.7% and the RSD was 0.12% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible. It can be used as the content determination of salvianolic acid B in Xincanning capsule.
