目的探讨临床检验分析前各因素对质量控制的影响。方法对相关人员、标本采集、标本运送、标本验收、检验仪器分析前校准的质量控制进行深入分析。结果进一步加强实验室各环节的质量管理主要通过室内质控和室间质评进行,从而提高检验结果的精确性、准确性和可比性。结论分析前质量管理是全面质量管理的重要环节,是检验师能否向临床医师提供高质量检验报告的关键。
Objective To explore the influence of various factors on quality control before clinical test analysis. Methods The quality control of related personnel, specimen collection, specimen delivery, specimen acceptance and calibration before instrument analysis was analyzed in depth. Results The further strengthening of quality control in all aspects of the laboratory was mainly conducted through laboratory quality control and inter-laboratory quality assessment to improve the accuracy, accuracy and comparability of test results. Conclusion Pre-analysis quality management is an important part of total quality management and is the key to whether the surveyors can provide clinicians with high-quality inspection reports.
