利用异形螺杆包络铣削过程中产生的振动信号,采用小波变换对其进行精确的细分,提取出加工过程中刀具磨损的特征信息,据此分析该加工过程的刀具磨损状况,为刀具磨损的状态检测和实时补偿提供了准确的依据。
The vibration signals generated during the process of profiled screw rod envelope milling are accurately subdivided by using wavelet transform to extract the characteristic information of the tool wear during machining. The wear status of the tool during the milling process is analyzed. Status detection and real-time compensation provides an accurate basis.
