去年春初、秋末两季,我县发生了几起严重的仔猪腹泻,几个养猪场因末及时采取有效防治措施而造成了很大的经济损失.仔猪轻度腹泻一般通过调整饲养环境、对症治疗即可治愈,而重度表现为精神沉郁、水样腹泻、体温下降、高度脱水、死亡率高达50%～80%,临床治疗较棘手,本人经过多年的临床诊治,取得了较好的疗效,现报告如下:
