地胆草属植物以其含有细胞毒成分地胆草素(elephantopin)衍生物而闻名。印度和斯里兰卡的研究表明,地胆草含去氧地胆草素、异去氧地胆草素、11,13-二氢去氧地胆草素,还有其它一些三萜类化合物。地胆草根的乙醇提取物的水溶部分,以氯仿抽提。氯仿提取部位对肽酶(如肽酶Ⅳ,脯氨酸-肽链内切酶工具)有明显抑制作用。浓缩的水提部分经柱层析,再经硅胶制备型TLC,分得愈创木内酯A、B和C_0A为去酰菜蓟苦素(deacylcya-natopicrin)。C为葡糖中美菊素(glucozaluzanin)。它是首次从自然界中分离
The plants of the genus Dinoflagella are known for their elephantopin derivatives containing cytotoxic components. Studies in India and Sri Lanka have shown that the herb contains deoxygenated bilbourin, deoxy-deoxyurethane, 11,13-dihydrodeoxycholic acid, and other triterpenoids. The water-soluble portion of the ethanol extract of the diploid was extracted with chloroform. Chloroform extraction sites significantly inhibited peptidases (eg, peptidase IV, proline-endopeptidase tools). The concentrated aqueous fraction was subjected to column chromatography and preparative TLC over silica gel to give guaiacolides A, B and C_0A as deacylcya-natopicrin. C is glucozaluzanin.
