本文报道20例梗阻性黄疸(A组)和25例单纯胆囊结石(B组)外周血和门静脉血转铁蛋白和铜蓝蛋白代谢变化。结果:在外周血和门静脉血中,A组血清转铁蛋白显著低于B组(p<0.01),而A组血清铜蓝蛋白和铁显著高于B组(p<0.01,p<0.05)。外周血血清转铁蛋白和铜蓝蛋白与门静脉血比较无显著性差异(p>0.05)。研究结果表明梗阻性黄疸时机体转铁蛋白和铜蓝蛋白代谢紊乱。尽早解除胆道梗阻是恢复机体生化代谢的关键。
This article reports the metabolic changes of peripheral blood and portal vein transferrin and ceruloplasmin in 20 cases of obstructive jaundice (group A) and 25 cases of simple gallstone (group B). Results: Serum transferrin in group A was significantly lower than that in group B (P <0.01), while serum ceruloplasmin and iron in group A were significantly higher than those in group B (p <0.01, p <0.05) . There was no significant difference in serum transferrin and ceruloplasmin between peripheral blood serum and portal vein blood (p> 0.05). The results show that obstructive jaundice when the body transferrin and ceruloplasmin metabolism disorders. As soon as possible to relieve biliary obstruction is the key to restore the body’s biochemical metabolism.
