[目的]建立评价标准,分析2004-2009年成都市疾控系统微生物实验室能力验证结果。[方法]采用Z分值评价实验室微生物定量指标检测能力,∣Z∣≤2为结果满意,2﹤∣Z∣﹤3为结果可疑,∣Z∣≥3为结果不可接受;采用关键控制点分项评分的百分制评价实验室微生物定性指标检测能力。[结果]2004~2009年成都市疾控系统微生物实验室能力验证结果表明,参试实验室的微生物定量指标检测质量较好,同时在微生物定性指标检测能力考核获满意评价的参试实验室逐步增加。[结论]建立的实验室能力验证评价标准客观实用,促进了参试实验室检测质量的持续改进。
[Objective] To establish evaluation criteria and analyze the results of proficiency testing of microbial control laboratory of Chengdu Municipal Disease Control and Prevention from 2004 to 2009. [Method] The Z score was used to evaluate the detection ability of quantitative indicators of laboratory microorganisms. | |||| 2 was satisfactory, 2 <||||| 3 was suspicious, ||||| 3 was unacceptable, and the critical control point Percentage of sub-item rating laboratory microbiological qualitative indicators of detection. [Results] The results of capacity verification of the microbial control laboratory of Chengdu Municipal Disease Control and Control System from 2004 to 2009 showed that the testing quality of the microbial quantitative indicators in the testing laboratory was good, and at the same time, the testing laboratories with the satisfactory evaluation of the testing ability of the microbial qualitative index gradually increase. [Conclusion] The established evaluation standard of laboratory proficiency testing is objective and practical, which promotes the continual improvement of testing laboratory quality.
