目的:评价多层(64层)螺旋CT在冠状动脉搭桥血管术后随访中的临床价值。方法:对30例冠状动脉搭桥术后患者,分别行螺旋CT增强(CTA)和选择性冠状动脉造影(CAG),评价桥血管有无闭塞或狭窄。结果:30例病人经CAG对比,MSCT诊断桥血管闭塞的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确性分别为100%、98.7%、90.0%、100%、98.8%。结论:发生闭塞血管与桥血管类型无关;MSCT是值得信赖的无创性评价桥血管通畅性的影像学方法。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of multi-slice (64-slice) spiral CT in the follow-up of coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods: Thirty patients with coronary artery bypass grafting (CTA) and selective coronary angiography (CAG) were included in this study to evaluate the presence or absence of occlusion or stenosis. Results: The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of MSCT in the diagnosis of bridge vessel occlusion were 30%, 98.7%, 90.0%, 100% and 98.8%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Occurrence of occluded vessels has nothing to do with the type of bridging vessels; MSCT is a reliable and noninvasive imaging method for assessing patency.
