从本质上说,柔性管理是一种对“稳定和变化”进行管理的新方略。柔性管理理念的确立,以思维方式从线性到非线性的转变为前提。线性思维的特征是历时性,而非线性思维的特征是共时性。从表面混淆的繁杂现象中,看出事物发展和演化的自然规律,洞悉下一步前进的方向,识别潜在的未知需要和尚需开拓的市场,进而预见变化并自动应付变化,这就是柔性管理的任务。柔性管理虽然产生与企业管理的需要,但作为时代发展的新要求,它已经渗透到社会管理的各个领域。由于幼儿园管理对象的特殊性,幼儿园中更应该引进这种管理思想。
