当前,建立现代企业制度已经成为深化改革特别是深化国有大中型企业改革的一个热门话题。党的十四届三中全会制订了社会主义市场经济的总体框架,这个总体框架的一个重要支柱就是建立现代企业制度。今年十一月,国务院已决定在全国选择一百家大中型企业进行现代企业制度试点。建立现代企业制度的工作,已经在中国的大地上开始了。
At present, the establishment of a modern enterprise system has become a hot topic in deepening reforms, especially deepening the reform of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. The work of establishing a modern enterprise system has begun on the land of China.
