机械通气(MV)在危重病的救治过程中起着重要作用,但由于呼吸机使用不当引起的呼吸机相关性肺损伤(VALI)又成为临床常见而严重的并发症。现将本科2004-2009年发生的2例VAIL总结报告如下。
