目的分析保乳结合前哨淋巴结活检术治疗老年乳腺癌的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析2011年4月至2013年4月间收治的100例老年乳腺癌患者的临床资料,按手术方式分为行保乳结合前哨淋巴结活检术治疗的观察组和行传统手术治疗的对照组,每组各50例,比较两组患者治疗的有效性和安全性指标。结果观察组患者的手术时间和拔管时间均小于对照组,术中出血量和总引流量少于对照组,观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论保乳结合前哨淋巴结活检术治疗老年乳腺癌安全可行,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of breast-conserving combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy in the treatment of elderly patients with breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 100 elderly patients with breast cancer admitted from April 2011 to April 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups according to the surgical methods: control group with breast-conserving breast cancer combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy and traditional surgical treatment Group, 50 cases in each group. The effectiveness and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and extubation time in the observation group were less than those in the control group. The amount of bleeding and total drainage were less in the observation group than in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (the difference was statistically significant P <0.01). Conclusion Breast-conserving combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy is safe and feasible for the treatment of elderly patients with breast cancer and is worthy of popularization.
