当前社会在不断的发展,资源也在不断的缩减,经济发展的趋势更转向到低碳的方向,在这样的背景下,房地产也面临着必须的转型,这个任务是很艰巨的。房地产的转型包括了很多方面,比如:低碳房地产的开发建设、利用土地资源方式的转型等等方式。对于房地产的转型,各级部门或者单位要有明确的目标和相关的制度,从我们国家的资源实际情况出发,对房地产开发商的一些行为进行纠正和引导,让他们针对目前的环境正确的地对房地产进行建设。另外通过加强消费者的环保观念和节约意识也是很重要的。本文通过分析目前国家的资源环境问题,对房地产提出了相应的转型目标和相关战略的研究。
