短跑专项力量是短跑速度的基础,短跑专项力量训练应以力量训练原则为指导,以短跑技术为核心,兼顾短跑各项目特点,选取适宜的练习方法。短跑中项目不同、段落不同,专项力量训练的侧重点有所不同。现代短跑技术发展的特点是伸髋和摆动式积极落地技术,以髋为轴的高速摆力量,以肩为轴的摆动力量越来越受重视与正确认识我国短跑运动专项力量训练存在的问题是本文研究的重点。
