本文基于广州国际航运中心建设过程中基础设置建设需求较高的现状,借鉴国内外PPP模式的经验,分析广州国际航运中心建设中运用PPP模式的可行性,并提出相关的政策建议。
Based on the current situation of infrastructure construction in Guangzhou International Shipping Center, the paper analyzes the feasibility of using PPP mode in the construction of Guangzhou International Shipping Center based on the experience of domestic and international PPP models and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
