目的对比分析热塑体膜固定术和体表画线技术在肿瘤放射治疗过程中的应用效果及其临床价值和意义。方法选择2010年3月至2012年11月期间收治的118例胸腹部肿瘤患者为研究对象,其中68例采用热塑体膜固定术为A组,50例采用体表画线技术为B组,采用EPID对患者摆位横轴(X轴)、纵轴(Y轴)、前后轴(Z轴)的误差进行测量计算并对比分析。结果胸腹部肿瘤放疗过程中热塑体膜固定技术摆位偏差明显小于体表画线技术(P<0.05),A组X、Y、Z的误差明显小于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对胸腹部肿瘤患者进行放疗过程中,热塑体膜固定技术和体表画线技术相比具有明显的优势,有效地减少摆位误差,促进放疗的精度,为实现精确放疗提供了技术和质量的保障,具有十分重要的临床应用价值和意义。
Objective To compare and analyze the application effect, clinical value and significance of thermoformed membrane fixation and body surface line drawing technique in tumor radiotherapy. Methods A total of 118 patients with thoracoabdominal and abdominal tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2010 to November 2012 were enrolled in this study. 68 patients were treated with thermoplastoplasty as group A and 50 as body contouring technique as group B, The EPID was used to measure and compare the horizontal axis (X axis), longitudinal axis (Y axis) and anteroposterior axis (Z axis) of the patient. Results The positioning error of the thermoformed membrane during the radiotherapy of thoracic and abdominal tumors was significantly less than that of the body surface (P <0.05). The errors of X, Y and Z in group A were significantly lower than those in group B (P <0.05). Conclusion In the clinical course of radiotherapy for patients with thoracic and abdominal tumors, the thermoformed membrane fixation technique has obvious advantages compared with body surface line drawing technique, effectively reducing the error of positioning and promoting the radiotherapy accuracy, and providing the technique for accurate radiotherapy And the quality of protection, has a very important clinical value and significance.
