后进生,顾名思义,就是指在学校里表现不好的学生。转化后进生的教育工作是一项长期、复杂、艰巨的教育系统工程。转化后进生需要一个过程,要抱着满腔热忱,遵循因材施教的原则,进行反复、耐心地教育;还需要学校、家庭和社会的密切配合,共同形成三位一体的教育网络,才能获得良好的教育效果。所以,我在爱的前提下,对后进生采取激励教育,以此作为帮助后进生进步的突破口。本文从满足后进生的合理需要、注意后进生行为动机与行为效果的统一、正确地给后进生设置目标三个方面进行探讨。
Afterlife, as the name suggests, refers to the poor performance of students in school. The education after transformation is a long-term, complicated and arduous education system project. It takes a process after the transformation. Students should be educated repeatedly and patiently according to the principles of teaching students according to their aptitudes.
