全胃切除术后消化道重建术式繁多,至今很难选择理想术式。空肠贮袋是临床关注的热点,根据食物是否经过十二指肠,可以将贮袋法分成Roux-en-Y基础以及间置空肠基础两大类。大多数临床研究认为贮袋可以减缓食物排空,减少倾倒综合征及反酸的发生率,增加进食量。无论食物是否经过十二指肠,建立贮袋的病人均能获得较好的生存质量,尚有待多中心、随机对照研究进一步证实。
