在离体牙上充填89─1后牙充填材料(牙体酸蚀和未酸蚀)及其它后牙充填材料,利用扫描电镜观察充填材料与牙体之间的粘连情况,并将图像进行计算机处理,分别计算不同材料与牙体之间的缝隙,了解89─1材料的密合度。结果表明:89─1材料与牙体间的缝隙最小,证明该材料的线膨胀系数小于目前常用的后牙充填材料。而牙体酸蚀后,粘连效果更佳。提示在临床应用时,尽可能先对牙体作酸蚀处理。
