现如今,职场竞争日趋白热化,要想成为职场的常胜将军,不断更新知识体系不断给自身知识充电是必须的。但是却存在这样一个社会现象:刚刚跨出校门的大学生,虽然胸怀多年所学,但是大部分所学却要被淘汰,进入职场要从头开始学起,可见企业的各种培训的作用不容忽视,培训是公司长远发展的基石。本文分析了我国公司培训现状的缺陷,在此基础上提出了笔者对公司培训的建设性意见。
Nowadays, the increasingly intense competition in the workplace, in order to become a victorious general workplace, constantly updating the knowledge system to continuously recharge their own knowledge is a must. However, there is such a social phenomenon that university students who have just stepped out of school have taken a lot of years of study, but most of them have to be eliminated. When they enter the workforce, they should learn from scratch. This shows that the role of various trainings in enterprises can not be ignored. Training is the cornerstone of the company’s long-term development. This paper analyzes the defects of the status of corporate training in our country, and on this basis, puts forward my own constructive opinions on corporate training.
