本刊1983年第5期介绍了单电源运算放大器的内部电路及特点,现在国内已研制出单片集成电路,型号为 F1900、F2900和 F3900。F3900代表了一个与传统电压差动输入运算放大器完全不同的设计。它的输入端用一个标准晶体管代替差动放大器,同相输入电流从进入反相输入端的电流中提取。由于放大器输入为差动电流信号,因此又命名为诺顿放大器。它具有许多传统运算放大器所不具备的优点。下面介绍这种运算放大器的应用实例。
