目的了解瑞安市托幼机构卫生状况和消毒工作质量,为托幼机构消毒工作提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对瑞安市托幼机构消毒效果进行调查和监测,并对调查和监测结果进行统计分析。结果2013-2014年瑞安市托幼机构消毒合格率为63.01%,其中使用中消毒液合格率为90.54%,物体表面合格率为78.52%,玩具表面合格率为67.86%,人员手合格率为66.81%,餐具合格率为66.63%,室内空气合格率为43.68%,紫外线灯管辐射强度合格率为34.23%;金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为0.85%。公办和民办托幼机构合格率分别为66.14%和61.59%。结论瑞安市托幼机构消毒效果总体不理想,尤其是民办托幼机构室内空气和紫外线灯管辐射强度合格率较低,建议相关部门应加强消毒监测与管理工作,提高消毒质量,保障幼儿健康。
Objective To understand the health status and disinfection quality of nurseries in Rui’an and to provide a scientific basis for disinfection of nurseries. Methods Field investigation and sampling methods were used to investigate and monitor the disinfection effect of kindergartens and nurses in Rui’an City. The results of surveys and monitoring were statistically analyzed. Results The qualified rate of disinfection of child care institutions was 63.01% in 2013-2014. The qualified rate of disinfectant in use was 90.54%, the pass rate of object surface was 78.52%, the pass rate of toy surface was 67.86% and the pass rate of personnel was 66.81 %, Tableware rate of 66.63%, indoor air pass rate of 43.68%, UV lamp radiation pass rate of 34.23%; Staphylococcus aureus detection rate of 0.85%. The qualified rate of public-run and private kindergartens was 66.14% and 61.59% respectively. Conclusion The disinfection effect of nurseries and kindergartens in Ruian City is generally not satisfactory. In particular, the qualified rate of radiation intensity of indoor air and UV lamp in private nursery and child-rearing institutions is relatively low. It is suggested that relevant departments should strengthen the monitoring and management of disinfection, improve the disinfection quality and protect the health of children.
