随着我国经济的稳步增长及航空消费的大众化,我国的航空需求将不断增长。民航运输业属于重资产且高负债的行业,在传统的银行贷款之外,民航运输业应拓宽融资渠道和创新融资方式。资产证券化产品可以增强资产的流动性,获得低成本融资,便于进行资产负债管理。本文在对资产证券化定义进行简要介绍后,对我国民航运输业重点可以开展的航空租赁资产证券化业务进行了一定分析,旨在推动我国民航运输业资产证券化业务健康发展。
With the steady growth of our economy and the popularization of aviation consumption, the demand for aviation in our country will continue to grow. Civil aviation transport industry belongs to heavy assets and high debt-bearing industries. In addition to the traditional bank loans, civil aviation transport industry should broaden the financing channels and innovate financing methods. Securitization products can enhance the liquidity of assets, obtain low-cost financing and facilitate the management of assets and liabilities. After a brief introduction of the definition of asset securitization, this paper analyzes the asset securitization business of aviation leasing which can be carried out emphatically in China’s civil aviation transportation industry with a view to promoting the healthy development of asset securitization business in China’s civil aviation transportation industry.
