研究了共聚物的加入对含氟/无氟丙烯酸酯乳液共混体系相容性、膜表面性能和梯度结构的影响。通过表面能、附着力、DSC和膜的断面SEM-EDX表征发现:加入共聚物后,特别是含氟/无氟组成对称的共聚物能较好地改善体系的相分离现象;共聚物中含氟组分高有利于膜的梯度结构的形成;膜的表面性能受共聚物的影响较小,热处理使膜与空气界面富集含氟组分,而膜与玻璃界面被不含氟组分占据,膜在玻璃基材上的附着力达到2级。
The effect of copolymer addition on the compatibility, membrane surface properties and gradient structure of the blends containing fluorine / fluorine-free acrylate emulsions was investigated. The surface energy, adhesion, DSC and SEM-EDX characterization of the cross-section of the film showed that the copolymers with the symmetrical structure of fluorine and fluorine-free could improve the phase separation of the system. The copolymer containing The high fluoride content favors the formation of the gradient structure of the film. The surface properties of the film are less affected by the copolymer.
