在习近平同志提倡的“立德树人”大思政背景下,如何将工匠精神的内涵与价值融入思想政治教育“立德”与“树人”的全过程,培养具备优秀匠心品质的技能型人才,并以此为切入点探讨两者融合的重要性、必要性和可行性,既是高职院校转型跨越的必然出路,也是落实高校思想政治教育实效性的时代要求,有助于实现产教融合,用符合时代需求的人才助力中国制造向中国智造的转变。同时,工匠精神的培育与高职院校思想政治教育在教育的内容、方式及目的等方面有相通之处,为两者的融合提供了必要性。因此,在两者融合的重要性和必要性基础上,探讨其在教育主体、教育客体、教育内容、教育方式、教育评价5个方面融合的可行性,具有非常重要的理论意义和实践作用。
