知识经济时代,知识对于管理思维方式的变化起着至关重要的作用,因此,要厘清管理思想的变迁轨迹,就必须对基于知识的管理思维方式进行系统、宏观的有效统摄和阐释。总体来看,基于知识的管理思维方式历经了一个从二元对立(显性知识与隐性知识)到三元平衡(感性知识、理性知识和活性知识)的变迁过程。通过剖析这个变迁过程,本文比较全面地分析了二元对立管理思维方式的特征、功用和局限性以及三元平衡管理思维方式的结构、重塑与超越等问题,以期更加深刻地理解基于不同知识类型的管理思维方式实现过程及其差异性,为时下流行的基于知识的管理实践提供理论支撑。
In the age of knowledge economy, knowledge plays a crucial role in the change of management thinking style. Therefore, to clarify the change trajectory of management thinking, it is necessary to systematically and macroscopically effectively organize and interpret the knowledge-based management thinking. Overall, knowledge-based management thinking has undergone a transition from binary opposition (explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge) to ternary equilibrium (perceptual knowledge, rational knowledge and active knowledge). By analyzing this process of change, this paper analyzes the characteristics, functions and limitations of the dualistic management thinking mode and the structure, remodeling and transcendence of the three-way equilibrium management thinking mode in order to understand more deeply the different characteristics Type of management thinking to achieve the process and its differences in the popular knowledge-based management practices to provide theoretical support.
