按照国家防总的统一安排,4月26日至29日,财政部副部长胡静林率国家防总检查组,赴河南、安徽两省检查防汛抗旱准备工作。淮河防总常务副总指挥、淮委主任肖幼,淮委副巡视员、防办主任徐英三一同检查。安徽省副省长谢广祥、河南省政府副秘书长胡向阳出席了汇报会。检查组一行先后查看了河南省漯河市沙河市区段、泥河洼滞洪区、石漫滩水库、板桥水库、宿鸭湖水库、漾洼蓄洪区王家坝闸及安全庄台等防洪工程,检查了解当地防洪工程安全度汛措施
