本文采用金刚石对顶砧高压装置 (DAC) ,利用同步辐射X -ray衍射 ,对Y2 O3粉末样品进行了原位高压X -ray衍射实验 ,最高压力达到 2 3GPa。在研究的压力范围内观察到两个相变。在 12 .8GPa压力点 ,Y2 O3由稀土倍半氧化物的立方结构转变为单斜结构。在 2 1.8GPa压力点 ,样品由单斜结构转变为另一个新相 ,但由于样品峰的消失 ,无法判断其结构。卸压后样品为单斜结构 ,说明Y2 O3第一个压致结构相变为不可逆相变。
In this paper, high-pressure diamond-top anvil (DAC) was used. In-situ high pressure X-ray diffraction experiments were performed on Y2 O3 powder samples by X-ray diffraction. The maximum pressure reached 2 3GPa. Two phase transitions were observed over the study pressure range. At a pressure of 12.8 GPa, Y2 O3 is transformed from a cubic structure of rare earth sesquioxide to a monoclinic structure. At a pressure of 2 1.8 GPa, the sample changes from a monoclinic structure to another new phase, but its structure can not be judged due to the disappearance of the sample peak. After decompression, the sample has a monoclinic structure, indicating that the first compressive structure of Y2 O3 is transformed into an irreversible phase transition.
